Shia LaBeouf is getting all kinds of attention on the internet this week for his motivational monologue that was… a little bit intense. A ton of parodies and edits keep cropping up, so we decided to show you our favorites!

This all started at London’s Central Saint Martin’s arts university, where LaBeouf stood in front of a green screen and gave several different performances. Students were asked to incorporate LaBeouf’s performance into their own work. LaBeouf performed a scene where he was a samurai, where he sat on his back with his feet in the air, and — most famously — where he gave an unhinged motivational rant. Obviously that’s the one the Internet is running with. Check out the best we could find!
