$10,000 Apple Watch Gets Smashed by Magnets

Form and function are not match for powerful neodymium magnets

  • If you had a $10,000 watch, how would you take care of it? Would you keep it in a safe place? Would you wear it every day, or only for special occasions? Would you even wear it at all? Or would you maybe place it between two powerful magnets and smash it to bits?

That last question is not hypothetical. YouTuber TechRax got his hands on a 18k yellow gold Apple Watch Edition (cost: $10,000). Apparently he wanted to see how the watch of the future would hold up. Or maybe he just wanted to destroy something beautiful. Either way, check out what happens when magnets collide. Spoiler: it doesn't end well for the watch.
