“Back To The Future” Fans Upset Over Pepsi Perfect Release

“Back To the Future” fans are not happy with Pepsi right now. They announced that they were going to be releasing a limited number of the infamous Pepsi bottle that shoots up from a tube in front of Marty in “Back To The Future Part II.” What sounded like the chance for die hard fans to pick up a piece of movie memorabilia, quickly turned into an epic fail.

After promising it’s customers that the limited edition bottle would be released on October 21, 2015 for “Back To The Future Day” the links to buy it were released early. Having only made 6,500 bottles total, and already releasing 1,500 of them at New York Comic Con, the bottles sold out before the clock struck midnight on the East Coast. Twitter is , and has been for the past 12 hours, on an anti-Pepsi rampage right now.

The company tweeted this morning that they weren’t sold out, and that the bottle would go on sale again this morning – but that didn’t go so well either. What do you think?
