  • Fans watching Avengers: Infinity War were treated to an absolute gut punch of an ending as — SPOILER ALERT — Thanos killed half of the universe with a snap of his fingers. Casualties from this included Spider-Man, The Winter Soldier, Black Panther, all but one of the Guardians of the Galaxy, and so many others. Heck, saying a sentence such as “everyone dies” would only be a slight exaggeration, which is why Mark Ruffalo looks so horrified and Don Cheadle looks so annoyed after the former said pretty much that at a press junket.

The best of the video is just watching Ruffalo temporarily spiral as Cheadle tries to get him back on track despite being kind of annoyed at the whole thing. It’s hard to watch this as anything but a joke since the concept of everyone dying is so foreign, but buddy — he screwed up, and for a second we thought we saw two brilliant actors go through a series of complex emotions as a joke, rather than two guys being completely unsure how this was going to fare for their careers in the long run.

Anyway, the movie was fun and Mark Ruffalo is great, so I think this is all a win.
