Britney Spears can’t stop consuming dangerous levels of caffeine according to a new documentary produced by TMZ.

TMZ is producing a documentary that will air this coming Monday with sources claiming that the 41-year-old singer guzzles caffeine by the gallon. These reports to TMZ  even state that the singer stays awake for three consecutive days at times.

Apparently in the mixup of beverages, the singer is reportedly consuming Red Bull, Celcius, coffee and dandelion tea “almost nonstop.”

Britney Spears drinks caffeine drinks by the gallon, something experts say is not great but unsurprising for people with mental illnesses.

Medicine specialist Dr. Drew Pinksy told TMZ that those who suffer from mental illnesses may often crave the high from caffeine.

“TMZ Investigates: Britney Spears, The Price of Freedom” takes a look at the “Slumber Party” singer’s life and even her conservatorship that ended quite recently.

After the public meltdown from 2007, Spears was put into her conservatorship in 2008 by her estranged father Jamie Spears, which lasted until September 2021.

The even shares a glimpse on relationships with her husband Sam Asghari, her children, and even family.

Back in 2004, Spears married Kevin Federline and had son Sean Preston, now age 17, and now 16-year-old Jayden James. The performer divorced Federline back in 2007 just shortly after son Jayden was born.

The couple share custody of children after a February 2008 decision was granted in favor of both parents.

Sean and Jayden have been apart of Spears’ life, but were not present for the wedding to 29-year-old Ashari. Federline allegedly claims the kids had chosen not to see their mother.

“Britney Spears has had a year and a half of freedom since the conservatorship ended, but there are big problems,” narrator and TMZ Executive Producer Harvey Levin states.

The one hour special also dives into some of the advice for those taking care of Spears during her conservatorship. One report even states to “keep knives away from her.”

Over the past few years, the singer was the topic of a few documentaries surrounding her conservatorship and the #FreeBritney movement.

Though the singer had many projects about her conservatorship, she never participated in any of the features.

“With 4 documentaries released about me last year with people I adore speaking about my past !!” she wrote in a previously deleted Instagram post. “Unfortunately, the way my past was portrayed in those documentaries was extremely embarrassing !!! It felt semi-illegal !!!”

Britney has been working on a documentary for the public for quite some time now, but the project has seen many delays. One concern is the amount of high-profile celebrities mentioned in the book.

The memoir will be distributed by Simon & Schuster.

“Britney is brutally honest in the book — there are a lot of nervous A-listers,” a source told the outlet. “Strongly worded legal letters have been sent to the publishers by people who know Britney and who fear what she has written. There is no movement at the moment, and there are concerns over when it will eventually be able to come out.”

“TMZ Investigates: Britney Spears, The Price of Freedom” airs Monday, May 15, at 9 p.m. ET on Fox. It will also be available on Hulu and Fox Entertainment’s streaming platform, Tubi.
