  • Tragedy again struck when legendary actress Debbie Reynolds, passed away from a stroke on December 28th, 2016. Her death follows that of her daughter, Carrie Fisher, who passed away the day before.

    The memory of your favorite Debbie Reynolds role may depend, as they were varied and brilliant. Her breakout role was as the star of Singin’ in the Rain, of course you may also remember her playing the titular Charlotte in the animated Charlotte’s Web. Other films include How the West Was Won, Divorce: American Style and The Unsinkable Molly Brown for which she was nominated for an Academy Award. In her later years you could catch her on Will and Grace, Kim Possible or Rugrats, as she continued to entertain audience well into her years.   • Debbie is survived by her son Todd Fisher, who in a statement to TMZ, said “She’s with Carrie”.
