Flight US Airways 845 was on its way from Philadelphia to Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic, when a man sneezed and then joked that he was from Africa and probably had Ebola.
Of course, this being the world we live in, the flight was held on the ground for two hours after landing, and passengers could not leave until health officials wearing Hazmat suits escorted the man off the plane.
