You’d think a customer at a restaurant famous for throwing bread rolls at people would be prepared for, you know, flying bread rolls – but apparently not in this case.

Lambert’s Cafe in Ozark, Missouri, is known as the “Home of the Throwed Rolls,” because of the trademark way their servers chuck dinner rolls at guests from across the room.

The place is something of an institution. Wait times can be two hours or more for a table, and the place estimates it cracked 368,940 eggs in the last year alone. They also bake 520 dozen rolls a day, which they then throw at customers for fun and giggles.

The practice is advertised on their website as well as on signs around the restaurant, warning customers of the potential to be hit by bread – but that wasn’t enough for Troy Tucker, who got hit in the head and is now suing for roll-related injuries. She claims she “sustained a lacerated cornea with a vitreous detachment and all head, neck, eyes and vision were several damaged” after taking a dinner roll to the dome in September 2014. She’s asking for $25,000 to cover medical bills and legal fees.

The restaurant still has no comment on the situation.
