A Brazilian girl born with a cleft lip has more reasons to smile now. Doctors with Operation Smile, an organization dedicated to helping children with facial deformities all around the world, performed the surgery. Even though it had only been 24 hours since the surgery and her face was still swollen, you can see the glee on her face.
