Hsieh talked to us about Zappos building its dream campus in Las Vegas, where employees will become integrated with the community and be provided such amenities as doggy day care. With a “fund” of 350 million, Hsieh said that we “basically think of (the city) as a start-up” because they’ve are giving money to small businesses and tech start-ups within the city to help revitalize the “eco-system” of Vegas.

Crowley said one of the things he’s most excited about for the future of FourSquare is FourSquare Radar. This feature will allow you to to put your phone in your pocket and beep you with alerts when “there’s a cool piece of street art over here, a buddy is in from Atlanta is two blocks away, the best restaurant in the city that you had no idea about is two blocks this way.”
