Despite the Henrdrix estate halting production last summer, the long-awaited Jimi Hendrix biopic, All Is by My Side, is set to begin filming this month in Ireland.The Irish Film and Television Network recently announced that Outkast rapper Andre 3000 — who passes with a striking resemblance to Hendrix — will portray the rock legend. The film will “document Hendrix’s period in England over 1966 and 1967 as he formulated his debut album and some of the greatest guitar music ever created.”
