Paul McCartney celebrates his 70th birthday today, and Twitter is all abuzz about the former Beatles’ frontman, with his name trending all morning. Mentions on of his name on Twitter have reached 24,000 in the past 24 hours, and more than 5,000 mentions in the last two alone.
Fellow ex-Beatle Ringo Starr and his All-Star band recorded a video on Sunday singing “Happy Birthday” for McCartney. “Love you man!” Starr says.
