Did you spot the dude with the mohawk in the NASA TV livestream of the Curiosity rover’s landing on Mars Sunday night?

He’s been trending on Twitter for a good portion of the evening, with many online spectators commenting on his haircut. It wasn’t long before tweeps found the Twitter account connected to the online craze, identifying the already legendary “Mohawk Guy” as Bobak Ferdowsi, flight director on the Mars Science Laboratory Curiosity mission, who tweets from @tweetsoutloud.
