Spring 2016 feels like a long way away. The latest trailer for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice premiered at Comic-Con this weekend, giving lucky attendees a glimpse at what to expect when these two superheroes collide. We already knew this film had an all-star cast, but the trailer offers a larger glimpse into the role Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) will play in the movie.
We also get some narration about how Superman is more god than man, a few messianic shots of the red-caped hero, Ben Affleck’s Batman in full-on mopey Batman mode, and a few hints of the action to come.
The trailer also features a scene of Bruce Wayne running through Gotham’s financial district as a skyscraper collapses that’s maybe just a little too 9/11. But other than that, this movie looks pretty awesome. We’re stoked.
