Jimmy Fallon & Idris Elba Sing Pop Songs With Ridiculous Vocal Effects

The most charismatic man in the world sings in a chipmunk voice. What's not to love?

  • Last night, the most charismatic man in the world (other than maybe new YouTube star Dwayne Johnson) joined Clown Prince of Late Night Jimmy Fallon in comically humiliating himself for our amusement. Check out the video above and be entertained.

Elba is known for his breakout role in HBO's The Wire and for starring in movies like Pacific Rim, Prometheus, and the upcoming Star Trek Beyond and Stephen King's Dark Tower series. Jimmy Fallon is known for laughing a lot and being cuddly. Together, they make up the most sexually-charged TV couple since Gretchen Carlson and Steve Doocy.

My favorite part of the video is definitely towards the beginning, when Elba sings Desiigner's "Panda" in a chipmunk voice. Silly sound designers! Idris Elba has a deep voice, not a high one! Take the high and make it low, take the low and make it high, and that there is comedy.

What do you think? Which was your favorite mutated Fallon/Elba song? Let us know in the comments below or @WhatsTrending on Twitter!
