Jon Stewart Comes On Late Show To Plead With The Media

Wash that nasty fascist man right out of your hair, Stewart tells media.

  • The era of Trump needs us some good satire, and while we’re rarely wanting for strong voices (Samantha Bee, John Oliver and Stephen Colbert come to mind), we miss the man who started all of these souls— Jon Stewart. A brilliant satirist who— from what we understand — now takes care of animals in New Jersey. This is a noble pursuit, and yet! We need his voice! His wisdom! And lucky for us, once in a while he returns to to come on his old employee’s show, and wax wisdom on the madness of it all.

Jon Stewart comes on and describes the mainstream media as a tragic lover to Trump’s abuse — listening to him, promising he’ll change, when it’s so obvious he won’t. Jon Stewart pleads with the media to start doing real journalism— and if that doesn’t do the trick, then the montage of Trump saying “believe me” is real killer diller!

I love it when Jon Stewart comes on. How about you? Let me know. Comments are good. But Twitter at @WhatsTrending!? Why even better! Yippee!
