Lilly Singh grew up in Canada and began you youtube channel in 2010, under the pseudonym IISuperwomanII… where she currently has 14 million subscribers.
Lilly is a NYT Best Selling author with her book, How To Be A Bawse and started the campaign “GirlLove”, which has a mission to encourage girls to end girl-on-girl hate.
In January 2017, Lilly won the People’s Choice Award for Favorite YouTube Sta But this accomplishment may top all of them.
Lilly Singh is taking over the 1:35 am spot on NBC previously held by Last Call With Carson Daly. This makes Lilly the only woman late-night talk show host on a broadcast network.
Her new show, A Little Late With Lilly Singh, is scheduled to debut at 1:35 a.m. in September and will include comedy sketches and in-studio interviews, NBC announced Thursday.
In 1986, Joan Rivers hosted The Late Show With Joan Rivers on FOX until 1988. And other women with currently late night shows include  Busy Philipps, with Busy Tonight on E!, and Samantha Bee’s Full Frontal on TBS.

Lilly will be the FIRST openly bisexual woman of color to host a late night talk show on broadcast television.
