Electromagnetic Spiderman “Webshooter”, made from scratch

Someone finally created a way for us normal folk to actual be Spiderman (kind of.)
This guy created a wristband that shoots darts and a dart with a “web” attached! However, of course, he’s going to be greedy and not share it with the rest of the world. It’s not for sale anywhere, (which might be safer because it seems rather dangerous.) Dang it though, we all want to be Spiderman!
It does say custom requests though so if you need to save a city and don’t have a radioactive spider on hand, you might be in luck.
