Shaquille O’Neal Instagrammed himself mocking a selfie posted by Jahmel Binion, a Michigan man who suffers from ectodermal dysplasia. Ectodermal Dysplasia is a rare condition that inhibits him from sweating and hinders his teeth and hair from growing properly. Jahmel says he has been teased his entire life but when Shaq posted the photo with the caption, “Smile today,” Jahmel was hurt. He told news reporters that he was disappointed in Shaq, a basketball player he grew up watching and looked up to. Shaq was not the only celebrity to make fun of the man and his condition, basketball player Trey Burke and rapper Waka Flocka also made separate jokes about Jahmel. But he has taken it in strides and told reporters he plans to start an anti-bullying campaign called, “Hug Don’t Judge.”
