Baseball Runner Attempts To Steal Home

This video was released two days ago and has already reached over 850,000 views. Disregard the music; the play is a lot more intense than it seems. I’m very surprised that the batter was able to make decent contact with the ball even though his teammate slid into home at full force. If the batter didn’t fly out, he could’ve have allowed the runner to score and tie the game. It was a long shot, but unfortunately they lost the game. Moral of this story though: don’t steal home when the batter is swinging his hardest.
