89-Year-Old Woman Gives No Fs, Fights Off Sword-Carrying Robber

Miyo Koba was threatened with a sword while defending her store, Frank’s Market from a robber, but she wasn’t bothered.

She grabbed scissors to counter what she called the assailant’s “little sword” but police said it extended three feet.

“It looked like a toy to me so I didn’t feel threatened,” she said. “It probably made me feel a little more brave.”

Koba swung a club at him and hit him in the legs. The robber rode away with the market’s register which was found with his sword.

“It was like a comedy,” the most badass old woman ever told KREM2 News.
