“Why would you want to save the galaxy?” asks Rocket Raccoon (voiced by Bradley Cooper) in the above trailer. Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) was quick to quip back, “Because I’m one of the idiots that lives in it!” A great answer to an equally great new trailer that has garnered thousands upon thousands of positive responses.
In “Guardians of the Galaxy,” Quill joins together a group of space misfits. This unlikely alliance of underdogs, for the lack of a better term, proceeds to go off to save the world and will likely emerge as superheroes.
Packed with action, great one-liners, and one criminally awesome raccoon, “Guardians of the Galaxy” is a summer must-watch.
You better get in line early on Aug. 1. The line is going to be long, the theatre packed.
