Literally Everything Else From Your Childhood: The Movie
From GI Joe to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the 90s are back with a CGI vengeance. While Hollywood is busy playing off of (or ruining) 90s childhood nostalgia, we start to wonder how many more spinoffs they can bring from that decade.
With a trailer for a movie like this, however, who would need any other 90s throwbacks? Literally Everything Else From Your Childhood: The Movie is just that. Literally everything else from your childhood, turned into a movie. Bean bag chairs, Lisa Frank stickers, and Furby never looked so good.
“Donkey Lips from Salute Your Shorts, Furby, Floam, gym mats, blowing into a game cartridge, and hiding your boner in class. Now the only things left to be monetized are Skip-Its and peanut butter sandwiches with the crust cut off, both of which Michael Bay has probably already optioned so don’t even try it,” the A.V. Club wrote.
The comments section is enough to trigger anybody’s sense of nostalgia if the movie hadn’t already. Other 90s favorites from YouTubers? Wall walkers, square cafeteria pizza, and dino-nugget riding Teddy Grahams. Oh, the 90s.
