Actor Chris Pratt, star of the upcoming Guardians Of The Galaxy film joined Seth Myers on Late Night on Thursday and dished on a top secret Parks And Recreation rumor.

The 35-year-old Pratt chatted with Meyers about an incident that landed him in hot water with NBC executives.

He described a scene from Season 2 of Parks And Recreation where Pratt’s character, Andy, shows up to his on-and-off-again girlfriend Ann’s house for what he mistakenly assumes to be a steamy sexual encounter. He excitedly rings the doorbell, appropriately dressed for the occasion in– absolutely nothing, only to be greeted by his boss Leslie Knope, played by Amy Poehler.

After the first three or four takes, Pratt, wearing nude-colored underwear, decided to switch things up in an effort to bring more authenticity to the scene because he wasn’t “quite eliciting the response that [he] was hoping to from Amy.”

“I went trou-down and the reaction was awesome,” Pratt told Seth. “It’s the one they used.”

The NBC brass wasn’t too thrilled with his stunt, however. Pratt received a written warning for his shenanigans.

Although he tried to keep a straight face, he couldn’t help but laugh while describing the incident.

“You can’t do that because… I don’t know,” he laughed. “Because you’re not supposed to!”
