    We all have our share of poor customer service stories, but this one might top all of ours combined.

    Comcast had apparently placed a man on hold for three hours. The man waited for so long that he decided to call Comcast with another phone…which helped him to discover that Comcast had already closed for the day.

    Way to go, Comcast.
