No, you’re not high. The Beatles on that Revolver cover really are moving. This eye-popping music video for Roy Kafri’s “Mayokero” shows dozens of different LPs being collected and returned to a record store bargain bin. Little does the bookish seller know that all the characters on these album covers are coming to life and singing.

Among the albums used for this video:

-Bob Dylan’s Highway 61 Revisited and Nashville Skyline

    -The Smiths’ Meat Is Murder

    -Prince’s eponymous 1979 album

    -David Bowie’s Aladdin Sane

    -Lou Reed’s Transformer

    -Jeff Buckley’s Grace

    -Michael Jackson’s Thriller

The director is Israeli artist Vania Heymann whose work, according to Wikipedia, “has been very well received on the Internet.” That’s a really dumb sentence, but in this case, quite accurate.
