No one likes poor reviews. But if you’re a small business owner, you have to take the bad with the good. Take the chefs in this video, all owners of restaurants with fantastic Yelp ratings. Even they get the occasional scathing critique. And you can watch their reaction to some of the meanest, worst reviews they’ve received.

The chefs in this video — Jason Quinn, Daniel Shitcob and Scott Ngheim — are all good sports about it. In as much as one can be a good sport about reading ugly reviews of one’s business. But the next time you find yourself at any of these three restaurants, maybe toss them a few stars on Yelp? They look like they need it.
