  • As part of Monty Python’s reunion show, they can this clip, of Hawking running over physicist Brian Cox and flying into the cosmos while singing the “Galaxy Song”. Originally written in 1983 for the Monty Python movie The Meaning of Life, the Monty Python gang describes it as “the song is an intricate and informative lecture on the enormity of the Universe fashioned into a bewitching and, above all, highly amusing pop song.”

  • Hawking’s version is available for digital download, as well as a limited-printing 7″ vinyl, which will maybe make you look at least half as cool as Stephen Hawking soaring over the cosmos. If you’re lucky. Because he’s a cool dude.
