Yesterday Madonna’s music video for, “Bitch I’m Madonna” was released. Since then there’s been talk surrounding its similarity to Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” video. Both music videos feature star-studded casts. Team Taylor includes Kendrick Lamar, Selena Gomez, Cara Delevingne, Jessica Alba, and Lena Dunham. Team Madonna includes Beyonce, Kanye West, Miley Cyrus, Rita Ora, and Katy Perry.
Is Madonna taking a jab at Taylor? While Taylor’s enemy and alleged muse for “Bad Blood,” Katy Perry, does make a cameo, the likelihood of this actually being a jab at Taylor isn’t super realistic. Madonna and Taylor even performed a duet together in March at the iHeartRadio Awards so it’s safe to say they’re on good terms.
