“Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation” Trailer

The fifth installment in the Mission: Impossible series comes out next month, and the missions aren’t getting any easier. Tom Cruise, playing secret agent Ethan Hunt, hangs on the outside of a plane, gets gassed, beat up, nearly run over, and almost drowns in some sort of underwater supercomputer complex. And that’s just in the trailer!

Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation will see Cruise reunite with Simon Pegg, Jeremy Renner, and Ving Rhames as the scrappy IMF agents (that’s Impossible Mission Force, fyi) try to take down a mysterious organization known as The Syndicate. The stunts look pretty awesome, and we get a kick out of seeing Tom Cruise hanging for dear life on a plane, so we’re giving this one the benefit of the doubt. Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation hits theaters July 31st.
