“Steve Jobs” Official Trailer Released

Earlier today Universal Pictures released the first official trailer of Steve Jobs, which is set to hit theaters on October 9. The film follows the personal and professional life and legacy of the late CEO of Apple Inc., Steve Jobs. The film explores Jobs’ once estranged relationship with his daughter, Lisa. Jobs initially denied paternity, but reconnected to her in her teens; Lisa later lived with him.

Directed by Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire, 127 Hours), written by Aaron Sorkin (The Social Network, Moneyball) and starring Michael Fassbender, Kate Winslet, Seth Rogen, and Jeff Daniels, this film shouldn’t be confused with Jobs (2013).
