Honest Trailers Takes On “Avengers: Age of Ultron”

After dozens of requests, “Honest Trailers” has finally covered “Avengers: Age of Ultron” and it’s everything we hoped it would be.

“Experience the movie equivalent of emptying out your entire toy box and smashing all your action figures into each other,” says dramatic voiceover guy Jon Bailey from Screen Junkies, in a satisfying takedown of how the second “Avengers” movie couldn’t possibly live up to our sky-high nerdy expectations.

I absolutely loved the first “Avengers” and thought “Captain America: Winter Soldier” was amazing, but now that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has become an overwhelmingly complicated franchise, every so often you just have to laugh at the weird plot holes and blatant marketing tactics that come with it.
