Going down from the 10th floor at the Novotel hotel in Melbourne, Australia? Well, the elevator is really upset about that from the sound of things.
Rather than a nice friendly “ding” to announce the elevator’s arrived, this chime wails in fear like an old lady in a cheesy horror film. Which is kind of a nice touch around Halloween, except I don’t think Australians really celebrate that holiday.
The video is from back in February but drawing laughs online today. I really hope the hotel hasn’t fixed it since then.
