That inflatable Frankenstein lawn decoration you got from Costco is about to be put to shame. You’ve probably seen videos of Christmas decorators who foot an astronomical bill for the sake of festivity. Well this house is taking holiday decorating into a whole new season and a whole new level.
The house which calls itself “Edwards Landing Lights” has over 8,500 lights all synched up to the beat of Downtown by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Because they’re using energy efficient LED lights, the owners say that they “estimate the electric bill for the display at $25-$35 to run the display for the Halloween season.” Not too shabby!
Our other thought? Those poor neighbors. Well actually, there’s no music being broadcast from the house! Spectators who drive by turn their radios to a specific FM station to “hear the lights”. These people have it all figured out!
We are definitely putting this house on our trick or treat route.
