Adorable Stray Cats Wander Onstage at the G20 Summit

That’s one way to get the internet talking about the G20 summit.

World leaders like President Obama and Vladimir Putin are currently gathered in Antalya, Turkey to discuss the global economy, trade, energy and climate change – but all those important topics got upstaged by three cats who somehow got past security and strolled across the stage.

This inspired an impressive number of commenters to make their best cat puns and joke about how cats are slowly but surely taking over the world.

Personally, I think cats’ policy of sleeping all day and being anti-social would solve a lot of the world’s problems, though I’m not quite on board with nonchalantly knocking things over and tormenting prey for fun.
