You’ve Got To See This “Carol” Parody with Kate McKinnon

Is there any impression that Kate McKinnon wouldn’t be amazing at?

During last night’s Film Independent Spirit Awards, we got this hilarious parody of Oscar-nominated movie “Carol” with McKinnon playing the red-lipsticked, closeted 1950s lesbian Cate Blanchett role, cleverly edited in with footage of Rooney Mara. “Land this plane, Carol, land it,” McKinnon mutters to herself mid-seduction.

It also features Kumail Nanjani as a waiter who just realized he works in a lesbian restaurant, and Jane Lynch and Wanda Sykes on their own clandestine glove lunch.
