In early August, former Subway Spokesman Jared Fogle pleaded guilty to distributing and receiving child pornography and having sex with minors. He was sentenced to 15 years in jail, where he was recently attacked by 60-year old Steven J. Nigg.
He is currently being held at the Federal Correctional Institution, Englewood, in Littleton, Colorado. Nigg, who was put away back in the ‘70s has since returned to jail after his release in 1990. Apparently, he couldn’t stay out of trouble.

Nigg took his frustrations out on Fogle in a recent prison fight, in which Fogle was pushed face down and suffered multiple punches. The reason for Nigg’s surprise attack? Not yet known.
Nigg was originally arrested for armed robberies and later started fights in prison, threated inmates and intentionally started a fire. Chances are, Fogle just wasn’t in the right place at the right time.
