  • YouTube user Shahan Reviews had heard the Tower of Joy fight scene had been inspired by traditional Western films, so he did the world a favor and smashed the two together.

Shahan added “The Ecstasy of Gold,” by famous composer Ennio Morricone from the film “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly,” as the backing track for the fight scene. With a few strategic cuts of dialogue, the music fits perfectly!

Ennio Morricone is one of the most famous composers in the world with over 500 credits to his name according to IMDB. Despite the sheer volume of brilliant work, Morricone has only won a single Oscar, awarded to him for his work on “The Hateful Eight.” Prior to this past win, Morricone had been nominated five times. He is 87 years-old and continues to work steadily.
