  • For all you Camp Rock fans, your dream may have just come true. The former Disney Channel stars, Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers (minus Kevin), reunited at Nick’s Future Now tour in Washington D.C. on July 26th.

The 2008 — eight years ago?!? — movie came back to life when Nick and Demi prepared for a performance of “Gotta Find You” from the film’s soundtrack. Nick referred to it as “one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite movies”. A few seconds into playing the guitar, Nick says, “Joe, why don’t you come on out here?”

Demi’s reaction to seeing Joe walk onto stage to join them is pure gold. TBH I’ve watched it a few times now. She wasn’t the only one surprised or excited… the entire audience was as well. Lots and lots of screams.

As seen in Camp Rock, Joe and Demi begin singing “Gotta Find You” and “This is Me” simultaneously, and we think they may sound even better than in the original soundtrack. Pretty impressive.

Joe, who now is in a band of his own called DNCE, took to Instagram after the concert:

  • What a tender photo :’-).

The Jonas Brother / Demi Lovato friendship is a special one. We also recently loved seeing Nick and Demi being BFFs on The Late Late Show with James Corden. Maybe it won’t be too long until we see a third Camp Rock.
