  • The 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro are just a couple of days in, but have already inspired some meme-worthy moments — that super-hot oiled-up Tongan flag bearer and that swimmer who jumped the gun but got to race anyway, to name a couple. But the trendiest trend of the Olympics so far has got to belong to the parents of American gymnast Aly Raisman. (USA! USA!)

If you ever played sports growing up, you know that some parents get really, really invested in their kids’ performances. (I personally am about as athletic as a beanbag chair, but I’m reliably informed that this is true.) Rick and Lynn Raisman are no exception.

Their daughter, Aly Raisman, is a two-time (so far) Olympic gold medal winning gymnast and one of the captains of the U.S. Women’s Gymnastics Team. According to her Wikipedia page, she’s been competing on the senior professional gymnastics circuit for six years. Despite that, her parents get violently squirmy when she performs. How squirmy? Check out the original video from NBC Sports:

  • Now that’s just adorable. Unsurprisingly, they’ve been this squirmy for years. Here’s them doing the same in London in 2012:
