The video starts in all seriousness, but Casually Explained is pretty quick to point out that generic body language isn’t really indicative of someone’s interest levels. Yes, it’s important to make sure you aren’t putting someone off, and body language is a pretty key indicator here. But it’s also important to remember that sometimes people just do things out of habit rather than out of romantic interest.

Really the point of the video is, just be yourself. Yeah, rejection sucks but wouldn’t you rather have someone who’s interested in you as you are rather than have someone interested in a facade of you?
