According to NBC branch WKYC News, Erika Burch was shopping at a Walmart in Cleveland, Texas when she saw a crying girl with her hair wrapped around a shopping cart handle as a man, apparently her father, pushed it. Burch said the girl was screaming, “Please stop! I promise I won’t do it again! Please stop!”
She took some photos of the incident, and the man told her to mind her own business.
This REALLY pissed Burch off, and she reported the incident to the police, as well as the internet. Burch is on a mission to let this little girl know that she doesn’t deserve to be treated that way. Hopefully, this story reaches her.

The man in question was investigated by police, but since the girl showed no signs of physical injury, he was let off.
