The Piano Guys Recreate ‘Indiana Jones’ in Jordan

The Piano Guys are a duo of musicians who perform classical music for YouTube. They’ve also done remixes, like when they combined Adele with Mozart. Now, they’re traveling the world, and they stopped in Jordan to visit Petra.

Petra is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It’s also one of the most memorable places Indiana Jones travels to — it’s the place where the Holy Grail is in the Last Crusade. In case you’re behind on your ancient history, Petra is a city that’s been hand-carved from stone by ancient peoples in Jordan, and it’s one of the “New 7 Wonders of the World.”

Needless to say, the Piano Guys got their full Indiana Joneses on. They even use a whip for a sound effect at one point.

The Guys combine Indy’s theme music with classical Arabian songs. They shoot in all these beautiful locations, and it’s pretty remarkable. My biggest question though – how did they get the piano into that cavernous place?
