Women Across America Tweeting Their Flights To Women’s March on Washington

As Donald Trump takes his inaugural oath on January 20th, many more are looking forward to January 21st — The Women’s March. In order to protest the inauguration and policies of a president well known for his non consensual sexual activity, and a vice president known for his desire to shut down reproductive rights aimed specifically at women — women and allies all over are marching on the 21st, with the main march taking place in Washington D.C. Many are finding hope in just how big this march will be, and people are running into fellow marchers on their flight to DC and tweeting about it. Twitter user @AmandaJ_TX has documented elements of this.

Additionally, women have been posting photos of themselves wearing the “pink hats”, meant to resemble female genitalia, and wearing said hats as part of the protest.
