Two security guards at the Center for Comprehensive Car for Children and Adolescents in Brazil found this door terrifyingly slamming open and closed, again and again. No hand in sight, yet with strength no mere mortal can achieve. Watch the video for yourself and feel the fear. Brrr.

The flickering lights, the long hallway— even without the slamming door this would be exactly like a shot out of a horror movie! It’s good. But is it too good? Many others on the internet have claimed this is fabricated. False! And that under the security guard’s arm you can see a cable. Hmm…

We’re not seeing a cable. But we’re seeing a lot of shadows, so we’re not going to rule out it’s a special effect. Still, in the age of YouTube, have we been recording ghosts all along and we had no idea!? Are we all but mortal pawns in the spectral hands of the spirits? Do ghosts just live in Brazil? A lot of questions to ask. A lot of questions.
