Rapper Logic Wakes Up Wife With Classic Orchestra

How do you express love — true love? Flowers? Chocolates? A getaway to the grand wide ocean? More flowers? Well if you’re the Maryland rapper Logic, you might have a unique way — by waking up your wife with an orchestra playing the Curb Your Enthusiasm theme. Logic has called himself the “Rap Larry David” before (it’s even his handle), but now he’s the classical Larry David as well? Wha?

The video is exceptionally charming — and watching Logic dance with glee as his wife grins with joy at this delightful, semi ironic, but sincerely affectionate display. His Seinfeld shirt proves his bonafides, and this is a musical moment as classic as anything that was on his last album — I assume. The only thing missing is Larry David looking generally displeased as the music plays. Glorious.
