The CRAZIEST LOOKS at the MetGala

So we’ve celebrated the incredibly heroic selfie taken at the MetGala, now we celebrate — the oddest of the oddest, and there were some odd odd clothes at this fashion show — as there is at each year’s MetGala — but have these poor souls been subjected the onerous eye of Twitter before? Dun dun dun! The answer— will shock you! Through brilliant Twitter gags and goofs!

First up — Helen Lasichanh’s shocking outfit which was compared to everything from Gossamer from Looney Tunes’s gigantic red creature Gossamer to Baymax from Big Hero Six. Bananas.

Then there was Jaden Pinkett Smith — never one to rest on his laurels — who brought his old dreads with him. True, the people of Twitter mocked him, but Andre Leon Talley enjoyed it quite a bit in the charming video below.

The there was Katy Perry’s bright red dress which was compared from everything from the bloody scene from Carrie to Winona Ryder’s outfit when she is forced to marry Beetlegeuse.

And even Anna Wintour herself — the organizer of the event and the famed editor of Vogue — was not free from the roasting!
