Jerry Seinfeld Rejects Hug From Kesha

Jerry Seinfeld and Kesha recently shared an incredibly uncomfortable moment.

Both recently attended the National Night of Laughter and Song at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. and sort of, kind of met each other on the red carpet. I use the term ‘met,’ very loosely.

While on the red carpet, Kesha took the chance to meet Seinfeld and was sadly rejected.

What if Seinfeld was taught not to hug strangers? What if he just doesn’t like hugs? A lot of things could have gone differently to avoid rejection.

First off, Kesha approached Seinfeld in the middle of an interview… maybe that’s what threw him off. Imagine being in a conversation and someone just asks you for a hug! I would definitely be confused. Wouldn’t you?

As if being rejected isn’t bad enough, Seinfeld returns to his interview and says, “I don’t know who that was.” Once the interviewer let’s him know he responds, “Oh, well, I wish her the best.”

So cold! Who knew that Jerry Seinfeld was so awkward in social situations?
