Nintendo Gives Mario Nipples, Internet Freaks Out

Each and every single Mario game tends to push either Nintendo or the entirety of the video game franchise into a bold and glorious future. Super Mario Bros was the first game to take place on more than just one screen with its side scrolling mechanics, Super Mario 64 was the first open world 3D game, and now, at long last, the upcoming Super Mario Odyssey for the Nintendo Switch gives Mario nipples, folks. At long last.

The sight came during Nintendo’s Nintendo Direct conference on YouTube where they usually reveal or show more footage for upcoming games, and Nintendo is certainly preparing for a big reveal with its new Super Mario Odyssey trailer which shocked fans all over with the reveal — no, not the ice world, no not the tux, though that’s cool too — it’s the reveal of Mario’s nipples! Oh, Mario, how long a way you’ve come. Once you were but an 8 bit boy with big blue overalls. Now? Your weird shirtless body is seen by all. My goodness.
