The details are still coming in, but we know the attack was perpetrated by Stephen Paddock, 64 from the 32nd floor of the Mandala Bay Resort and Casino Hotel at a country music festival below. This has been called the deadliest mass shooting in American history — only sixteen months are the shooting in Orlando, Florida and the Pulse Night Club.
